1 can full fat coconut milk
1 cup water
2 ounces 85% dark chocolate, chopped
1 Tbsp. ground ginger
¼ teaspoon vanilla glycerin extract
⅛ teaspoon Celtic sea salt
sprinkled cinnamon on top (optional)
- Place coconut milk, water, chocolate, ginger, stevia and salt in a Vitamix.
- Purée on high speed until smooth.
- Heat mixture in a saucepan until almost simmering.
- Pour into mugs, sprinkle with cinnamon if desired, and enjoy!
