Located inside a restored Union Station, Science City is a fun and educational museum. With over 300 interactive exhibits, Science City covers nearly 100,000 square feet. Guests can experience everything from simple machines to the science of water molecules. The museum also offers maker studios, interactive games, and a sky bike, which allows guests to ride 30 feet above the ground.
The interactive exhibits at Science City are geared toward children, including a Dinolab, a genetics lab, and a Mr. E hotel. Visitors can also enjoy more than 20 optical illusions and take a thrilling ride on the Sky Bike. Guests will be able to get a 360 degree view of the city while gliding over the exhibits.
The exhibits at Science City are divided into three sections. The Planet Earth Pavilion offers 650 different exhibits, an earthquake simulator, and a children's activity corner. There is also a planetarium that provides 4D shows for visitors. Guests can also engage in experiments at the Hall of Science. Another must-see attraction at Science City is the Musical Fountain, which features 935 colored lights and 113 water jets, along with 20 different themes.
Located inside Union Station, Science City is an interactive museum for children of all ages. Visitors can explore the chemistry behind different foods, ride a SkyBike, and even see a planetarium film presentation. The museum is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is closed on Sundays.
